Bhuse is the Minister of Public Works (Public Undertakings), Government of Maharashtra, and Chairman of MSRDC. He is widely credited for providing leadership to various infrastructure projects.

Dr Anilkumar Gaikwad Vice Chairman MD MSRDC

Dr Gaikwad, the Vice Chairman and Managing Director of MSRDC, has a distinguished career as a bureaucrat holding many crucial assignment in the Public Works and Irrigation department. He has played instrumental role in completion of many infrastructure and irrigation projects.

Shri Ashishkumar Chauhan MD CEO NSE

A technocrat from IIT Bombay and IIM Calcutta, Ashish was a founding member of National Stock Exchange of India (NSE), a premier financial institution in the county. He is currently the MD and CEO of NSE. Prior to joining NSE back in 2022, he was the MD and CEO of the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) 10 years.

Known for his strategic vision and efficient execution, Dr Mukherjee, a doctor and a senior bureaucrat, is poised to play a crucial role in shaping the landscape of urban development in the state. He was the Vice Chairman and Managing Director of CIDCO in Maharashtra before his appointment as the MMRDA Commissioner.

Shri Radheshyam Mopalwar Former DG Infra War Room

Shri Radheshyam Mopalwar was the former vice chairman and managing director of MSRDC, who played an instrumental role in envisaging and executing key infrastructure projects in the state.


Mopalwar was also the Director General Of War Room (Infrastructure Projects) in the Chief Minister's Office (CMO). The war room was set to push key infrastructure projects in the state and to ensure their completion within a specified time frame.

Shri Raman Kapil is President, Urban Infrastructure, Tata Projects Ltd. He manages Urban Infrastructure Business Group. With over three decades of experience, Raman joined Tata Projects from HCC in 2015 and has led many successful projects like Pune and Chennai Metro, Dedicated Freight Corridor and more.

With keen interest in public policy, Shri Shrinivas is a distinguished IAS officer with an experience of over three decades in the administration. He is the currently the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Dharavi Redevelopment Authority.

About MSRDC

Maharashtra State Road Development Corporation Ltd is a corporation established and fully owned by the Government of Maharashtra through a resolution on 9th July, 1996 and has been incorporated as a limited company under the Companies Act 1956 on 2nd August 1996.


In its 27 years of existence, MSRDC, a fully-owned PSU of the Government of Maharashtra, has not only successfully built the mammoth Hindu Hrudaysamrat Balasaheb Thackeray Maharashtra Samruddhi Mahamarg but has also delivered many other state-of-the-art architectural wonders.


From India's first six-lane concrete, high speed and access controlled expressway connecting two major cities of Mumbai and Pune to country's first cable-stayed sea link bridge, the Corporation has been managing mega projects since its its inception. It envisions to bring growth and progress to the State.

Shri Varun Singh is a seasoned journalist with close to 18 years of experience, Varun Singh has worked with various publications including Mid-Day, The Asian Age and DNA focussing on Mumbai city’s infrastructure, real estate, civic issues and political economy.


Varun holds a degree in Journalism, and also is a Law graduate and is a MA in Politics from Mumbai University. He understood the importance of social media and currently uses the platform effectively to propagate the news.

Shri Harsh Madhusudan is an India-based public markets investor. A CFA charter holder, Harsh graduated from Dartmouth College with an AB degree in economics.


Harsh holds an MBA from INSEAD. Harsh also serves as the Public Interest Director on Board of NSE IX. He has coauthored two books: “Derivatives” and “A New Idea Of India”.


A recipient Dr BR Shenoy 2022 awardee (Economics), Harsh has written extensively on economics, finance and politics for Mint, Swarajya, The Wall Street Journal, The Indian Express and other publications.

Dr Yogini Deshpande is a well-known consultant, practicing engineer, and an educator, Yogini is currently the technical director of Renuka Consultants. Under her leadership, Renuka Consultants has provided assessment services to many niche projects like Mumbai Coastal Road, Mumbai Trans Harbour, etc.


Yogini pursued her Master’s Degree in Geotechnical Engineering from Mumbai University, and holds a PhD in Civil Engineering from Purdue University, USA. She started her career as a Senior Research Fellow at the Atomic Energy Board & was involved in developing India’s first usage of High-Performance Concrete.

Shri Vishal Bhargava is a finance and media professional with over a decade of diverse experience in investment banking, research and corporate strategy. He is the Founder of a real-estate platform BHK Voice.


Vishal is a columnist with Moneycontrol and hosts the popular weekly show ‘The Tenant.’ With a Commerce degree and an MBA, Vishal has previously worked in companies like Bank of America, Economic Times and CLSA India.
